Returns & Exchanges Policy

If there’s a issue with an order for any reason, please contact us immediately.

If the issue is related to manufacturing defect, damage due to shipping, or print related issue; we will request some evidence of the issue (a photo or 2 showing the issue will usually get the job done). We will report the issue to the print company and get a new item shipped out as soon as possible.

If you accidentally ordered the wrong size, just ship the items back, shoot us a message, and we’ll ship out replacements at no extra charge as soon as we receive your exchange.

If you just want to return your order, send it back, and we’ll process a complete refund for the original item price (sorry shipping is the customer responsibility both ways) when we receive it.

All sales on custom made items are final. Returns and exchanges will be at the sellers discretion, and will only be issued for manufacturing issues. Photo documentation will be required before any item will be considered.
